Eligibility for Returns
You may return unused items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Certain items are not eligible for return, including: Perishable goods (e.g., cosmetics)
Personalized or custom-made items
Items marked as final sale
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
Contact our customer service team at millenella@icloud.com to request a return authorization (RA) number.
Please provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an RA number and instructions on how to return your items.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your protection.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at millenella@icloud.com. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement or refund.
Additional Notes
This Return Policy applies only to purchases made on ellachiq.com. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
